How our weight-loss coaching works..
We meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your fat loss goals and help you vision a better you.
From there we prepare your tailored, yet flexible plans for you with the daily habits, education, suggested meal plans and movement guidance you need to implement a healthy fat loss goal. These plans change and flex as you progress.
Each week you will checkin via our app and we will send you a whatsapp chat or audio response, if required tailoring your nutrition, water intake, step count, sleep and movement plans as you progress.
You have our full private support on whatsapp chat for any questions you may have.
In addition you'll be able to access our outdoor activity group sessions. From group walks to sea dips, these are educational, social and fun events with like minded people.
Who’s fat loss coaching for?
Note we said fat loss and not weight loss. Because the scales don’t always reflect your progression. Our fat loss coaching is ideal for those considering yo-yo diets, extreme diets, weight loss pills / injections or any of the other unsustainable means of losing fat.

1to1 coaching is about the results that you need and want, here are some of the results we’ve assisted our clients to make.
- Reduction in body fat by as much as 15%.
- Reversal of diabetic and pre-diabetic diagnosis.
- Reduction in resting heart rate.
How to purchase?
You can pay per month a fee of £199.
Alternatively you can pay for 3 months in advance for a discount at £549.
After the 3 months commitment you will get a reduction in investment to £175.
If you stay beyond 6 months it reduces to £150.
