You will already be familiar with our tailored, yet flexible plans which we will prepare for you with the daily habits, education, suggested meal plans and movement guidance you need to implement a healthy goal. These plans change and flex as you progress.
It could be you have just completed a fat loss goal and would like to create more shape to your physique now you've seen it being lean.
It could be you have built on your shape and now would like to have a go to drop some body fat.
It could even be you have gone through both of the above and now would like to conquer probably the hardest of the phases of all, to maintain exactly where you are without slipping off that slippery slope of overeating or not having enough energy due to undereating. We will guide you how to manage this best.
Each week you will checkin via our app and we will send you a whatsapp chat or audio response, if required tailoring your nutrition, water intake, step count, sleep and movement plans as you progress.

In addition you'll be able to access our outdoor activity group sessions. From group walks to sea dips, these are educational, social and fun events with like minded people.
